Any verifications Pearson Vue requests at the time of the on-line application process ie. withdrawal/drop letter from high school or court order are to be sent to Caitlyn Barnes at ICCB in Springfield.

These verifications are to be faxed to (217)558-6700 or e-mailed to Caitlyn Barnes  at Caitlyn.E.Barnes@illinois.gov.  Caitlyn approves these verifications and then notifies Pearson-Vue to allow the person to finish their registration on line.  The applicant will get an e-mail from Pearson-Vue when the verification has been approved.

The Regional Office of Education will continue to offer the Constitution Test. Please call Pam Stofko at (815) 740-8360 to schedule an appointment.
